Sign in and recover your account
Find the right sign-in path, reset a forgotten password, and resolve verification or invitation problems.
Before you start
Know whether you use Scoped Cloud or a separately operated Connect deployment. Your Cloud sign-in belongs at app.scoped.ai; a Connect workspace may use its own address and invitation process. A desktop database connection error is different from an account sign-in problem.
Sign in to Cloud
- Open Scoped Cloud sign-in and use the email address associated with your account.
- Complete email verification if prompted. Open the newest verification message for that address.
- After signing in, confirm that the workspace you need is available. If it is missing, ask its owner to check your membership.
Reset your password
- Use Forgot password on the Cloud sign-in page.
- Request a reset for the email address you used to create the account.
- Open the newest reset message and follow the instructions to set a new password.
- Return to sign-in with the new password.
If no message arrives, check spam and confirm the address. The page may intentionally give a generic response rather than revealing whether an account exists.
If access still fails
If you see a rate-limit message, wait before trying again. Repeated requests can prolong the interruption. If an invitation expired, ask an owner or admin for another one.
For a Connect deployment, ask its administrator about account recovery. Do not change a desktop database password to fix a Cloud login.
Contact support with your account email, approximate time, and the error message. Never include passwords, reset links, or verification codes.
Leave, transfer, or delete
Leaving a workspace removes your membership; it does not delete your account or everyone else’s work. If you own a shared workspace, first transfer ownership to another eligible member in Settings → Workspace.
Account settings provides a separate personal account deletion action. Review all owned workspaces before deleting the account. Workspace deletion is an owner action in Workspace settings: it removes that workspace for every member while keeping your account and other workspaces. Active or unverified billing can prevent deletion until it is resolved. Export first and read the confirmation carefully.
